In case of damage, the tool is opened on the computer, the damaged vehicle is selected from the entire fleet, the damage and other relevant information are noted and then sent back to us by email. From there, our comprehensive all-round service begins.
At the end of the repair process, EVERYTHING (including photos and documentation of the work carried out) is back in the inbox.
We offer the tool we developed as standard for all our fleet customers – and this throughout Germany.
And if we cannot be on site ourselves, we manufacture and ship the required foils and materials. The on-site implementation is handled by our highly developed, national partner network.
