We plan, manage, and coordinate your project. Our in-house advertising agency designs the graphics or creates the production data from your drafts. We select the wrapping materials based on your desired applications and specifications. When selecting materials, we always comply with current fire safety standards.
If fire tests in combination are necessary, we support and advise within this process. For this, we work with certified testing institutes.

In case of space capacity bottlenecks, we offer you appropriately equipped halls or individual parking spaces for the installation. These meet all necessary requirements for efficient processes during wrapping.
Our know-how for your railway project ensures punctuality, reliability, solution-oriented project implementation, and individual solutions even for special applications.
Our assembly teams are specially trained for railway labeling and wrapping.

Feedback: DB Regio AG

"Hello PP wrapping team, The last few weeks have been nerve-wracking not only for us as DB employees but certainly also for you when it came to the implementation phase and you had to deal with the difficult infrastructural conditions to make the retro S-Bahn a reality in time for Rostock's anniversary. I am very pleased that this was successfully achieved for the event last Friday and would like to thank you once again for your outstanding commitment to this project! The thanks come equally from us as Deutsche Bahn AG as well as from the transport company VMV, which brought the idea of the retro S-Bahn to life. You have truly accomplished great things under the given circumstances! Many thanks and best regards from Rostock."

Special Olympics World Games.

Join us on an exciting journey into the world of the Berlin S-Bahn! We’re wrapping the train for the Special Olympics in a vibrant, colorful look.

Our contribution to the transport transition.

Through our wrapping, the locomotive received a striking redesign in the spirit of “i2023 – More Rail for Berlin and Brandenburg”.

TRAIN WRAPPING EXTERIOR

An employee applies a large-scale historical wrap to a Berlin Ringbahn train. The wrap displays information about the Ringbahn's history and is applied with precision.

Wrapping with protective effect

When it comes to exterior wrapping, we specialize in complete vehicles and locomotives. We brand them as XXL advertising mediums or in the desired color design.

The material is coated with special anti-graffiti protection, has maximum adhesive strength, withstands large temperature fluctuations, and has very high UV stability.
Pat Patachon delivers according to DIN EN 45545-2 DIN EN 13501-1.

We're on railmarket.com – because good visibility is no coincidence

As experts for vehicle lettering, design, and branding in the mobility sector, we at Pat Patachon have been shaping the appearance of numerous trains, locomotives, and railcars throughout Europe for years. Our work makes brands visible on the rails – long-lasting, attention-grabbing, and technically sophisticated. To make our services visible beyond industry boundaries, we are represented on railmarket.com – the central platform for the European railway industry.

TRAIN LABELING EXTERIOR PICTOGRAMS

Our films for exterior pictograms are certified according to DBS 918 020.
These pictogram films last longer than the known variants of our market companions.
This noticeably prevents the usual damage to the pictogram. It looks good until the next scheduled maintenance and doesn’t need to be replaced in between. This is made possible by our customized production process for manufacturing the film combinations.

The image shows a red-and-white train with a large white bicycle symbol on the exterior. The design extends across windows and bodywork, creating a unified appearance.

TRAIN LABELING INTERIOR WRAPPING

The image shows the modernized interior of a train with light-colored seats, white tables, and pink handrails. A colorful stripe runs along the center of the floor. Screens and signage are mounted on the walls, including "The future of mobility is rail."

In the interior, we refine surfaces with high-performance films: PVC-free films and films for low-energy surfaces.
All surfaces are laid out in a special and firmly defined cutting pattern before wrapping.
This allows for cost-efficient and quick replacement of individual areas in case of damage.

Series of pictograms for train interiors, including information about seating, luggage, accessibility, safety rules, quiet zones, emergency exits, and waste disposal in neutral colors with occasional color accents.

We are able to replicate almost any surface in its structures: Whether matte, metallic, chrome or textured effects such as wood or leather – the range of finishes leaves nothing to be desired and has something to offer for every taste. All film stickers meet the fire protection standard EN 45545-2.

Special adhesive applications

The image shows two close-ups of a silver panel with a red, round emergency button with a metal core. Below it is a black bell symbol. Above are four pictograms in black: a cross, an hourglass, an ear with sound waves, and a speaking face.

We are your partner and have strong solutions that stick!
In the field of special adhesive applications, we can rightly claim that we have developed smart, effective solutions – both as standard and for special requirements.
The bonding of the “protective rings on emergency intercoms” shows an adhesive application with special requirements.
We specialize in bonding various surfaces, substrates with low-energy surfaces, e.g. polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) or polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) with high-energy surfaces. All adhesive applications are resistant to cleaning agents.
