Training
The advertising agency Pat Patachon is known for outstanding service when it comes to quality and standards. Since November 2022, we, as Werbefabrik, have also been a certified training company in the craft of sign and illuminated advertisement manufacturing. Pat Patachon receives an honor for special efforts in vocational training, and we receive this certificate anew every year.
Quality. Standard. Aspiration.
We are only too happy to settle for the best – and therefore have a special eye on our agency’s young talent. The results and feedback from our apprentices prove us right.
Part of our training concept is to take on our apprentices afterwards if desired – and to actively involve them in our success story.
Apprentice + Advertising Agency/Advertising Factory = WIN-WIN.
Each new training year is always an opportunity for us to grow together – to challenge and support apprentices – to surprise them and be positively surprised.
We are proud as punch of and grateful for you!
What we offer
Become an apprentice for advertising technology in Berlin
We are looking for:
Apprenticeship for Advertising Technology / Sign and Illuminated Advertising Production (m/f/d) for 2026
Apprenticeship positions to be filled:
The training to become an Advertising Technician/Sign and Illuminated Advertisement Manufacturer (m/f/d) is very comprehensive. You will be involved in areas such as fleet branding, vehicle lettering, shop window lettering, car wrapping window tinting, train lettering inside outside, as well as the production and installation of advertising systems. Experiencing the profession as practically and independently as possible and working in a team is a very important part of our training – on-site with the customer or in our workshop.
Our apprentices always have a permanent contact person in the team. Whether it’s about finding joint solutions, dealing with a problem, or facing any other challenge that makes the pulse race.
Our State Champion
ALINA LETTAU
I felt quite comfortable here during my 3 years of training! I especially liked that there was a lot of room for my creativity and willingness to perform.
At the end of the training, I felt quite well-equipped for the requirements prerequisites of my exam – and even became the state champion!
I’m particularly strong in the area of car wrapping. In January, I’m going for the 3M Endorsed Vehicle Graphics Installer exam!
Meet our apprentices
Our apprentice: Michelle Matzat
2nd year of apprenticeship
With her curiosity and commitment, she’s learning how to transform vehicles into real eye-catchers, design illuminated advertising systems, and completely redesign surfaces. Whether it’s creative designs or technical tricks – Michelle is already showing that she has a real talent for this versatile profession. The training is diverse, modern, and offers countless opportunities – and Michelle shows how exciting this journey can be.
Our new colleague
From Apprentice to System Pro – Nico is now a Journeyman!
Nico has milled, heated, screwed, and glued – and now it’s official: He has completed his apprenticeship in advertising technology with flying colors and can now officially call himself a journeyman!
His examination topic? Right up our alley: A burger joint.
Task: Build a complete advertising installation.
Result: Extra juicy. With illuminated sign, menu board, facade logo – and plenty of artisanal finesse.
We are proud as punch and thrilled that Nico will remain part of our team as a newly qualified journeyman. Because one thing is clear: Anyone who creates burger advertising so appetizingly will also really shake up the world of advertising technology!
Congratulations, Nico!
Keep up the good work – now more than ever!
